How opdoc Works
Automated Medical Screening, Entirely Free
Topdoc provides free, early, and accurate diagnoses to patients, primarily members of under-resourced communities, all powered by AI. Our interactive website allows users to choose from various screening packages, such as those for skin cancer or glaucoma detection, and then receive artificial intelligence/machine learning-based diagnosis and first/second opinions. These diagnoses are not meant to replace doctors, but rather act as a first opinion or confirmation for those who do not have access to affordable diagnoses. Our algorithms can be used by anyone, especially general doctors who need assistance in diagnosis and referrals to specialists. We ultimately promote smart telemedicine and medical screening/opinions.
Building a Community
Topdoc plans to build partnerships with hospitals, doctors, and other medical organizations. We believe that there are many people across the globe that are financially shut out of comprehensive medical diagnosis, and we aim to build a welcoming community for those people. We aim to promote smart telemedicine between generalist and specialist doctors. We are not competition for doctors and organizations, but rather we hope to work together, as we all have the same goal of helping those who need it the most. As such, we have developed a doctor listing and a patient forum to help patients who don't have access to a doctor already, ultimately building a network of support for patients.
